Keep your study time shorter so you don’t get tired. Set aside (留出) an hour for each of your subjects so you have time to revise them.

It’s also important to remember that forming a new habit takes time. In fact, research suggests it takes 66 days on average for a new habit to take hold. So, don’t give up easily if you miss a day or two.
