Farmakis Farms Craft (工艺品) Market

Located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, Farmakis Farms is not only a family-owned Christmas tree farm but also a certified farmers’ market. At its craft market, you will see a variety of crafts such as jewelry, candles, soaps and handmade cards, not to mention some artists’ works. Excitingly, the entry is free.

Artists Village Art Walk

Downtown Santa Ana comes alive with the arts on the first Saturday of each month when galleries (美术馆), theaters, artists and performers in the Artists Village host a monthly open house for the public. Most importantly, this event costs nothing. Come and join friends and neighbors for live art, live music, exhibitions, performances, etc.

The Bolsa Chica Tour

The free tour offers an on-site presentation of the Bolsa Chica Story. Five areas of interest are included in the presentation—history, birds, endangered species, ecology and restoration (修复). The tour begins at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, an important habitat for endangered and threatened wildlife.

Dana Wharf Sportfishing

Dana Wharf Sportfishing invites children aged 5-12 to take a fun fishing trip. Kids will learn hands-on fishing skills from expert fishermen. A full-priced adult ticket for the fishing trip costs $61, and $10 for children aged 5 to 12.
