Everyone learns differently, and oftentimes, the ways we were taught to learn in school are not the most helpful means of   a【小题4】 new knowledge. Skilled learners have a better understanding of his / her learning style and take the time to check the ways they learn best, knowing that this will save them time and effort in the future.

★ A skilled learner asks questions.

Skilled learners question what they learn, how they learn it and why. They know where they are as a learner and what they are 【小题5】 (尝试) achieve. They ask important questions such as, “How can I use what I have 【小题6】 (掌握)?” or “Why is this important?” These questions help them to dig deeper into a topic and decide how this information can be used. 【小题7】 ( 此 外 ), questioning learning methods can help them to find out whether they are doing all they can to learn the information and whether their approaches are suitable or not.

I studied at a British high school for one school year. It was quite an 【小题1】 for me. My class with 29 students is of 【小题2】 size in Britain, but much smaller according to the Chinese standard. At first, I find the homework a little 【小题3】 as everything was in English, but I soon got used to it. Later I made great progress in English. I worked hard and 【小题4】 high grades so I earned 【小题5】 from my classmates. After school I enjoyed 【小题6】 under a tree or sitting on the grass. When I 【小题7】 my family and friends, I would 【小题8】 them at lunchtime in the school Computer Club for 【小题9】. One thing I like about British food is the 【小题10】 after the main meal.
