Ylaa child care center has opened its first location in Basel, Switzerland in 2011. The concept has been very successful, and a second location has been opened in May 2012. Ylaa is a bilingual (German and English) day care center for children starting 3 months old till 6 years old. Ylaa is aimed to provide high-quality child care services and an exciting and individual-focused learning program in a multicultural environment.

We are looking for a full time ( 42 hours per week) Nursery Teacher (fluent in English)

YOUR TASKS

●preparing the pedagogic program together with other managers and team members

●working with 1 or 2 other team members to take care of a group of children (6-10 children)

●managing communication with parents including daily reports, regular meetings and yearly development reports

●backing up other team members for absences

REQUIREMENT

●you are a fluent English speaker and have completed a degree in Early Childhood Education

●you have 2-3 years of working experience with young children in day care centers or nurseries

●knowledge of German is a plus

●you are at least 24 years old

It’s pretty clear that the new animated film Trolls is meant for kids , but there are a couple of PG-13 offerings this week that might be worth looking into .

Trolls

If you’re a parent , you may find this consistent cheeriness super annoying . Kids will love it , though . Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake lead an all-star voice cast in this animated musical adventure in which the Trolls try to avoid being captured and swallowed by a group of evil monsters known as the Bergens . Fine for all ages .

Doctor Strange

He is a character your kids may not have heard of before the release of this film : Doctor Stephen Strange , a once-brilliant surgeon who suffers a serious accident , reinvents himself through magic . Tutored by the powerful Ancient One , he becomes a warrior in a battle between good and evil that takes place across various dimensions（维度）. Fierce combat and urban destruction in this effects – laden Marvel blockbuster might look frightening for younger viewers . It’s intense but also a lot of fun . OK for kids around 8-10 and older – especially if they’re familiar with the Marvel movies .

Loving

This is a serious , grown-up movie , but its subject is inspiring , which makes it worthwhile for the older kids . Joel Edgerton and Ruth Negga star in the drama based on a true story . They were an interracial couple – he was white , and she was black . While the two married legally in Washington DC , they found the practice was still against the law back home in rural Virginia . Their fight to keep their family together , which went all the way to the Supreme Court , changed the laws regarding interracial marriage nationwide . It’s beautifully written , shot and acted , making it appropriate – and recommended – for viewers around 12 and older .

Mokpo City is holding the 17^th Korea-China-Japan Sport Complex Competition, and looking for 50 interpreters (口译者) for this event. This event will be held from August 23^rd to August 29^th. Korean, Japanese and Chinese high school students who are under the age of 18 will take part in the competition. Anyone who is interested in the job is welcomed to apply.
