A 23-year-old British woman has invented a product made 【小题1】 combining fishing waste and algae(海藻).It could be used to replace plastic bags, 【小题2】 people use once and throw away. China has emerged as an 【小题1】 (increase) important player in the fourth industrial revolution, having patented technologies 【小题2】 a rate that is growing at double the global average, a European Patent Office report released on Thursday said.

From a very low starting point in the late 2000s, China’s innovative activity has increased very quickly, registering 【小题3】 annual average 【小题4】 (grow) between 2010 and 2018 of 39.3 percent, which is twice the global average of 19.7 percent.
