No doubt there are ups and downs in life. Whatever the situation is, you shouldn’t lose your joy of life. Life is for a limited time only and no one knows how long he/she will live, so why do you waste your time in worrying about the things that are beyond your control? Be happy, and enjoy your life unconditionally (无条件地).
You enjoy good days but you also need to learn how to enjoy bad days, even enjoy your pain. In 2016 I suffered a sudden heart attack. My colleagues called an ambulance (救护车) and I was taken to hospital with much pain in my chest. Before reaching hospital, I was totally exhausted with pain and was going to lose control of my emotions. Then the doctor in the ambulance said, “Don’t worry; you are in safe hands.” His words took away all my pain because I started realizing that it was no time to worry about pain and it’s time to be happy that my life was safe. At that time, I learnt an important lesson that in pain there is a hidden joy and we must see the bright side and enjoy pain.
You not only enjoy success but you also need to learn to enjoy failure. Celebrating failure will raise your morale and make you more powerful and determined to achieve success. We all make mistakes in life, but only the courageous (勇敢的) people laugh at their mistakes and then they reach success without any spiritual burden (负担). A person who learns from mistakes and knows how to turn the bad situation into his/her favor (有利条件) is the most intelligent person and really enjoys his/her life.

Everyone wants an everlasting relationship but there are only a handful of people that are willing to put in the work for it.
Today, you will see a lot of marriages and relationships being ended, why is that? People who used to love each other so deeply have now cut off all sorts of communication and even blocked each other from anywhere.
In any kind of relationship, it takes a while to build and promote trust, that much is natural.
Every relationship may contain love and care but there is rarely any respect for each other, and this leads to a fallout between the partners. It is imperative that we communicate with each other about our needs and wants, this will make us respect one another. Seemingly, there could be one thing that isn’t rude or disrespectful but will be very hurtful to the other person.
Communicate about everything with your partner, and see how things get better.

I was lucky enough to have a chance to study in the United States as an international student from the Ukraine when I was fourteen years old. I went to a wonderful school,West Catholic High School, for my freshman year.
I remember my first day at that school as if it were yesterday. I was very nervous, and I could feel my heartbeat on the tips of my toes. My main fear was that I would not be able to express myself due to the language barrier. I was trying to have as little communication as I possibly could. And I almost succeeded, until we had to introduce ourselves in front of the class.
And the moment the word “international”flew out of my mouth, i was surrounded by thirty people who were asking questions one after another. I remember some of the questions were “Where is the Ukraine? Is it a kingdom?”“Do you have McDonald’s? Does it taste the same?”and “Say something in your language.” It turned out to be the opposite of less communication, but it was so much fun.
During the first three months, I certainly experienced a bit of cultural shock. I think Americans are the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. They always smile and say, “Hi, how are you?”
One day, I noticed the students looking at me suspiciously. Finally , my classmate came up to my locker and whispered, “Is that true that you are a princess(公主)and that you came to study here so that nobody would recognize you?” At one point, I even had an image of myself wearing a gown and waving at the crowd. What ? People do have a wild imagination!
During my study abroad experience, I saw a totally new world, experienced great culture, met a lot of incredible(不可思议的)people and improved my language. This trip inspired me to learn foreign languages. That is one of the reasons why I speak five different languages today.
