The Bob’s Burgers Movie
After 12 seasons, the most-loved cartoon situation comedy (情景喜剧) finally makes it to the big screen! In the Bob’s Burgers Movie, a huge sinkhole (污水坑) opens in the street in front of the Belcher family’s fast-food restaurant, so the brave children explore. Loren Bouchard, the comedy’s creator, promises a “musical comedy mystery adventure”.
Firestarter
Firestarter is adapted from Stephen King’s 1980 novel. It is the story of a girl with a super power. Whenever she gets upset, things burst into flame (火焰). The former adaptation came out in 1984. “The book’s super rich. There’s a lot of stuff (东西) that’s in the book that isn’t in the original film. There was room for improvement,” said Keith Thomas, the new film’s director
Petite Maman
The heroine is eight-year-old Nelly. After her grandmother’s death, Nelly plays in the woods and meets Marion, a girl of her own age. The pair play together, becoming close friends. Mark Kermode wrote, “Whether you are 6 or 60,this surprisingly heartbreakingly hopeful cinematic poem will pierce (穿透) your heart, broaden your mind and gladden your spirit, even if you are in tears.”
Spider-Man: No Way Home
It earned $ 253 million in US and Canadian ticket sales, making it the third biggest north American opening in Hollywood history.
