Challenges of life are of great importance in our grow. They remind me of my days in senior high school which I joined in the military training. It was the first time I have lived away from my home, so I found it difficult to fit. And the training officer was strict with me. I once thought I couldn't stick to the end. But anyway, I was succeeded. The trials made it much easy for me to adapt to life, but I think the difficulty I came across have now become a precious memory in my life. In short, learning to regard the challenges of life as the stepping stone to future success and make the best of them.

In my opinions, it is useful for people to learn from the past. As result, knowledge can be kept and pass from generation to generation. It brought our life convenience because of people have grasped rich knowledge. At the same time, learning from the past helps us avoid make the same mistakes a second time. People have gone through wars and diseases again and again. Perhaps many of these similarly experiences can be prevented. Therefore, if we look at the patterns of history but learn from our past failure, you will have a more peaceful world. Thus, we believe our world is becoming good than what it is.

Union is strength. Whenever you were faced with difficulties or in a dilemma, cooperation plays an important part in getting you out of trouble. There was a time when I was too proud that I overlooked my classmate, refusing to work together with them. Therefore, it was no doubt that I was left alone, suffering from loneliness and failure. Unfortunately，a teacher impressed on me the value of cooperation. From then on, I learned to help others and turn to my friends for the help whenever I had difficulty finish a task on my own. Surely cooperation made a great difference. Now I am getting   well with my friends. My experience has taught me that only if we attach great importance with cooperation can we go beyond ourselves. As the saying go, “United we stand; divided we fall.”
