STEM vs. STEAM
STEM is short for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The term was coined by Judith Ramaley while a director at National Science Foundation in 2001. Since then, STEM-focused education has been extended to many countries beyond the United States. However, education is a constantly evolving game.
The believers in STEM education want the focus to remain on the core STEM principles.
While they seem to be opposed, both sides of this argument may have the right idea.

Realizing your dreams is not a matter of possibility; it’s a matter of motivating yourself to focus on the right things. You know you should be doing something, but sometimes you just don’t feel like doing anything.
This is by far the most important tip in this article. Sit down and get a move on! Reading more about motivation won’t help. Reviewing your to-do lists won’t help.
Think about how far you have come. You have made so much progress, you just don’t realize it. Open your eyes and give yourself credit for all that you have done. Think about it. Write down your past successes..

On the other hand, considering yourself lucky or unlucky is a way of seeing yourself which then has impact on how you behave and how you think and becomes a self-fulfilling prediction.
How to think about luck?
The first thing to understand is that a person’s position in society contributes to their concept of luck. For example, The circumstances you’re born into, the society you’re born into, the genetic makeup you’re handed.
After studying people who consider themselves lucky or unlucky, experts have found that the “lucky” ones maximize chance opportunities and dare to follow their intuition to grasp those moments. If you are relaxed and happy, your world view becomes bigger and you see more opportunities.

Let your children see you taking care of your own physical health by eating fruits and vegetables, and exercising on a regular basis. Talk to them about healthy habits in age-appropriate terms and at a proper time.
