Who are your instructors?
＊Giles Yeo: He’s a programme leader at the Medical Research Council Metabolic Diseases Unit at the University of Cambridge, His first book Gene Eating was published in December 2018, and his second, Why Calories Don’t Count, came out in June 2021.
＊Jason Gill: He’s a professor of exercise and health at the University of Glasgow. He studies the effects of exercise and diets on the prevention and management of diseases.
＊Jacky Forsyth: She’s an associate professor at the School of Health. Science and Wellbeing, Staffordshire University. She focuses on developing research and study on women in sport and exercise
＊Bruce Hood: He’s a professor of Developmental Psychology in Society at the University of Bristol, His research interests include the science of happiness, and inhibitory (抑制性的) control of thoughts and actions

The B S. Report
Designed for the sports fan with a sense of humor, the B.S. Report is hosted by the sportswriter Bill Simmons. Simmons show is in very loose and free form and it’s not uncommon for him to go almost a whole show without even mentioning sports.
Wait, Wait…… Don’ t Tell Me
One of the most popular Programs on National Public Radio, Wait. Wait... Don’t Tell Me is now available as a podcast. The show is a news program in the form of a game show. Each week a group of humorists and writers join host Peter Sagal in Chicago, where they are quizzed on the weeks most important and funny news stories. Listeners also get to call in to play different news-related games for a prize.
The Moth
The Moth is a weekly podcast run by a nonprofit art organization. The show is made up of recordings of “true stories told before a live audience without notes”. Each week, the group releases short 10-20 minute tales told by people from all walks of life. Past Presenters have included writers, comedians, scientists, and even New York City police officers.
Film Spotting
Film spotting is a weekly podcast and is a must-listen for any movie fan. The show is focused on movie reviews, but hosts Adam Kempenaar and Matty Robinson do more than just tell their listeners which new movie is worth seeing. They also discuss and examine the film as an art form. The host don’t just focus on current movies, either, as the hosts frequently discuss old films as part of theme marathons.

Join our Sail Design Competition and Help Us
Clean Ocean Sailing is a voluntary organization whose aim is to clean our coasts and raise awareness about ocean plastic pollution. They have repaired their sailing boat, Annette, to carry out their important mission and she needs a new sail and your help. This new sail will propel (驱动) her over thousands of miles for the next 10 to 15 years. We’re calling on artists with a vision for happy, healthy oceans to submit sail designs for the Clean Ocean Sailing team.
Design Specifications
● Submit a sail design that reimagines a more sustainable future and an ocean free from plastic pollutants. The background color of the sail will be black. The bigger your design, the better it will be! As the sail will only be seen from far away, small details won’t be seen.
● Make sure that there aren’t any important details on the borders of your design.
● This competition is open for anyone to enter — any age and any design capabilities! We are more than happy for designs to be drawn on an A4 piece of paper — just scan and send!
● If the winning design is hand drawn on paper, we will work with you and a designer to create a digitized version of your artwork!
