Daisy is a wrestling lover. One day, she passed by a gym with a sign say “Wrestling Tournament”. Feeling highly excitedly, she signed up for them immediately. She was the only girl on a name list of the competition, which makes her a little nervous at first. Her first opponent, a strong boy, looked down her. However, with the whistle blowing, Daisy hit him hardly and fast. The boy was on his back in ten second. Then, for the other two boys, she was beat them quickly without much effort. With the audience applauding, she achieved which the boys thought impossible.

Dear Ricky,

How’s it going? I’ve been busy planned for the Sports Day with my friends, who took place last Friday. Our team was training the final of the 4×400 relay race. The big day came, and I was a bit anxious. So are my friends. I, captain of our team, had to mask our worries while relieving theirs. The meeting started immediate at 8 am. When it was our turn, I was silently prayed and prepared to run. I was the last runner. Jerry, our second lap runner, lowered the stick and missed a few second. Still, believe it or not, I poured all I had into the final lap, but we won! What a exciting day!

Dear Steven,

I really appreciate that you have been paying close attention to the Calligraphy Contest. I’m writing provide you with some relevant informations.

Aimed at encouraging us to learn traditional culture but attach great importance to handwriting, the Calligraphy Contest of our school enjoying a huge success. A large number of students and even some teachers took an active part in it, which the participants handed in our satisfying works which were later graded by Calligraphy masters. And then the excellently ones were exhibited to the public. As far as I’m concern, this kind of activity benefit us a lot. Calligraphy is very meaningful and gives us peace of mind as well.

The contest will also be held the next year. You’ re welcome to enter for it, too.

When I was 13 years old, I was given an opportunity to join a soccer team. The team was consisted of some of the best players in the state of Pennsylvania. Because I had been playing soccer for five years, I never thought I was good enough to be on this team. At first, I had a hard time fit in, but after our first couple training session, other players accepted me. I gained confidence because I learn not many of players could play in different positions like me. Our first game was in Chicago and I won by a lot. I counted myself very luckily to have joined such a amazing team. That opportunity was the reason that I became a coach. I am proud being the coach for the same team!
