Nowadays, a great number of people, especial young people, enjoy order meals online. It’s not surprised. First, as the pace of modern life is becoming faster and faster, people have less time to cook even one meal for them. Second, the development of technology brought us smart phones and new apps, what may lead to the increase in online service. Therefore, we should pay more attention to food. As it is known to all, our health is closely related to what we eat. Although the service provides us with convenience, we must take the food safety onto consideration. Home-made food is cleaner and healthier, so I prefer cook food at home rather than order meals online.

All of we students want to grow up healthily and happily. Here are my tips to you to achieve this goal.

First of all, we should have the positive attitude to life. As we all know, there is not only sunshine but also hard times in our life. So when face with difficulties, we should fight against them bravely. Moreover, working hard is essential that it will contribute to realizing our goal. The reason is because knowledge is power. Only by working hard we get the power to make contribution to our motherland. Final, taking exercise regularly and having balanced diets is also of great importance.

Recently a survey has carried out on the breakfast eating habits of high school students in our school. Here are the result of the survey.

65% of the students have a breakfast in the dining room while 30% have snacks instead, with 5% eat no food for breakfast. A healthy diet should contain grain, protein, nuts and fruit. Besides, 80% of the students preferred to eat sweet food or fast food instead of regular meals.

As a saying go, "We are what we eat." Breakfast is considered the most importantly meal of the day. All of us should have a balanced diet what provides enough. energy for them instead of having unhealthy food.

I used to pay little attention to the important of breakfast. I often studied late into the night and choose to skip breakfast. By this way I could have a few extra minutes in bed. Felt hungry in class, I found it difficult to concentrate on my lessons. What’s worse, I was even failed in one of the most important exam. Now, I have realized that breakfast, that can provide 30 percent of the whole day’s energy, plays essential role. Therefore, it is necessary for we students to start our day with a regularly breakfast.
