Home security is becoming one of the fastest growing technology market. Previously, home owners have to get expensive alarms. These systems could not be relied upon, and would even be set off if there was a power cut. Nowadays, with advancements in technology, it is easy to add extra protection your home at affordable prices. Companies like Nest and Ring have been released doorbells that also have the camera. The main selling point of these devices are that when someone rings your doorbell, you can choose to answer via your phone， even if you're not in the house. This can drive out thieves as they believe the house is occupied. You are able to turn the lights on and off while in another country，making it appears occupied. You can also monitor smart security cameras what can sit in your home, or outside on your walls. With the development of science and technology, intelligent robots will be wide used in the future. On January 5th, students in our school visited Robot World, which we saw a great variety of robot. It was amazed to find those robots could do a great number of things just like real people, including playing chess, playing piano and drawing pictures. What's more, the robots are in different kinds and shapes, which made us enjoyable. In addition, that excited me most was the show given by a group of robots. They danced just as if we were dancers on the stage. By visit Robot World, I have learned a lot about robots, especial about their functions and shapes. The great human wisdom is so powerful that it makes us to feel more comfortable to live in the world.
