An Ethiopian Airlines jet has crashed shortly after 【小题1】 (take) off from Addis Ababa, killing all on board.

Eight crew members, and 149 passengers, from more than 30 countries, including eight Chinese, 【小题2】 (be) on flight ET302 from the Ethiopian capital to Nairobi in Kenya.
