A lady once wrote a long story and sent to a famous editor. After a few week, the story was returned to her. The lady got very angrily. She wrote to the editor, “Dear sir, how do you know why the story is not good? You didn’t read it. After I sent it to you, I pasted pages 21, 22 or 23 together. This was a test to see whether I would really read the story. When it came back, the pages was still pasted together. Is this the way in that you read the stories that are sent to you?” The editor writes back, “Dear madam, at breakfast when I open an egg, I don’t have to eat the whole egg in order to discover that it is bad.”

I was a member of a tennis team in our school. One day, I saw a girl was not very friend to her partner, who I could tell were feeling upset and discouraged. See this, I went to the store without the hesitation, purchasing her a cute tennis cap and a chocolate bar. I wrote her in a note, telling her what an awesome teammate but tennis player she was. The next day while she saw me at the door, she said thanks to me. She was so moving that she talked to me for about 45 minute. Hopefully, she felt good after that.

My father is a policeman. On a cold winter evening, he saw old beggar sitting in a square outside a shopping center. His shoes had been worn out and his toes stick out. See his frozen feet, my father felt sad. He left and returned back with a pair of new shoes and socks, that he bought at a nearby store. He knelt down on the ground but helped the old homeless man put it on. His random act of kindness melted the hearts of the passer-by. A woman brought an old blanket from her house to protect the beggar with the freezing cold. The beggar was touched and said it was nice to know that angels true walk on earth.
