Have you ever been to a Michelin restaurant? For most chefs, there's no 【小题1】 (big) honor than having your restaurant awarded a Michelin star, let alone three. 【小题2】 that's not the case for Sebastien Bras, 46, one of france's most famous chefs. He is the head of a three-star restaurant, Le Suquet, 【小题3】 is located in the center of Paris. A couple of days ago, he 【小题4】 (announce) that he wanted to be removed from next year's Michelin guide, 【小题5】(say) that he wanted to give a new meaning 【小题6】 his life.

Bras explained that he is sick of 【小题7】 pressure of trying to keep his stars. According to The New York Times, the chef always has to be ready for surprise visits from Michelin 【小题8】 (inspector). He also has to work 【小题9】   (extreme)long hours every day, from 7am to 2am.

"I don't understand Mr. Bras' 【小题10】 (decide), but I respect it, Laurent Petit, head chef of two-star restaurant Le Clos In France, told The New York Times.

Reporters start the journalistic process by 【小题1】(gather) information. Without them, journalism in its truest form cannot take place. They have an idea about what sources--the people and places 【小题2】 have information--will be available to them and which are 【小题3】best to use. This idea comes from experience and training.

By not having my smartphone, my distraction(消遣) time went down and thus my work time 【小题3】 (spend) more efficiently and effectively. With the extra time, I can finally enjoy the pleasures of life.
