Last Saturday afternoon several friend invited me to go to the movies. Just as if I was getting ready, my dad suddenly reminded me that it was my aunt’s birthday and that my whole family was going to celebrate his birthday. I was very angry for not let me go with my friends. So my father and I quarreled about.

Now I am really sorry for which I did. I have realized that family always comes first. It is sure that it was not the last chance I had to see my friends. So I can see my friends at any time and not that day. That’s a specially day to my aunt. I loved my aunt.

On my way to my office, I saw a man listening to music on his phones. He was standing by a pet store. He looked lose in thought as he listened to the soft music. I was looking into the distance as if watch old memories being projected onto the wall in front of him.

As I walked by, I looked back but smiled, saying, “Such the beautiful music!” Sudden everything changed. His face lit up with the biggest and happiest smile! He says, “Thank you!” We both smiled. There are so much kindness in a shared smile! I smiled all the way work!

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are required to wearing masks on buses in China. However, one day, I forget to wear one when I was heading for a vital exam. While boarding the bus, I stopped by the driver. Realizing what I would be late for the exam，I nearly burst into tear. Just at that time, an old lady handed me with a mask, telling me not to worry.   Thanks to his precious gift, I was final in time for the exam.

Not only does the mask show our great qualities to help each other in face of great danger, but it also represented the Chinese people's determination to prevent but control the pandemic.

The day before yesterday, I went to the bookstore where is near our school to buy a reference book. It was Saturday, so there was many people. Under the help of the shop assistants, I quickly got the book I needed. I was about to leave while I found someone trying to steal a man's money. Although I was nervous, but I tried to think of a way to help. Suddenly, a good idea occurred me. I stepped on the man's foot by purpose. As was expected, the man's scream gives the thief a fright, who quickly walked out of the shop. After hear my explanation, the man smiled and showed great gratitude to him
