Many firms are refusing to hire talent from poor backgrounds【小题1】they do not follow tradition, a report says.

Issues relating to dress may seem relatively simple for individuals【小题9】（adopt）. But interviewees suggested they do play a material role【小题10】the selection process as demonstration of "fit".
