Every Wednesday Paddy's hosts its Pub Quiz. We've been doing this since 2008, uninterrupted, making it certainly the oldest running Pub Quiz in Beijing! The program has 6 rounds of interactive questions on different topics, including pictures and videos.

Adult Street Dance Classes

Chongli Ski Camp

INTRO Imagine、popular Ski Camps return for the 6th year! Lucky participants will again ski and stay overnight at the Olympic Thaiwoo Ski Resort, Chongli, 2. 5 hours from Beijing.

If you are parents, we’d like to tell you that when you trust kids, they learn to trust themselves. So since 1989, we’ve offered summer day camps where kids choose their own adventures through a range of activities. It offers a safe, judgment-free environment for kids to have fun. They can be themselves, explore their passions, and find a sense of meaning in their activities, which is hard to find elsewhere.

Tickets

We offer a uniquely flexible camp model that parents love. You can purchase as many Day Passes as you’d like, or get a Summer Pass, which is good for the entire season. No weekly reservations are required. Just show up and we’ll be ready for you! And because we know you’re busy and that your schedules may change, we’ll automatically refund all unused Day Passes and underused Summer Passes by mid-September.

Services

We can’t pretend to know what your schedule looks like, so we offer industry-leading opening hours with no extra charge. Every single one of our camps is open from 8 am until 6pm, and you can drop off or pick up at any time in the window. And get ready for a summer without packing lunches! Lunches and snacks are included daily.

We have over 40 locations across the US, with camp locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, Boston, Washington DC, Virginia, Austin, Minneapolis and Atlanta. And your camp passes are good at every single location.

Every year, young, talented, and ambitious nature conservationists from all over the world participate in the presentation of the Future For Nature (FFN) Award, an honorable international award.

The Future For Nature aims to:

• Reward and fund individuals for their outstanding efforts in the protection of species of wildlife.

• Encourage winners to sustain their dedicated work.

·• Help winners to raise their profiles, extend their professional network and strengthen their funding basis.

Benefits

• The winners each receive 50,000 euros and may make their own decision to spend the money in the service of nature conservation.

• FFN offers the winners a platform and brings their stories to the attention of conservationists, financiers and a wide audience, allowing them to increase their impact and gain more access to funds.

• FFN is building a growing family of winners, dedicated people who form a community of people with the same interest. FFN offers them the opportunity to meet each other and continue to learn with each other in order to continue their fight for nature as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Qualifications

The candidate (候选人):

• Must be born on or after the 31st May 1988 and before the 28th of August 2005.

• Is able to explain his/her conservation work in fluent English (written and spoken)

• Has achieved substantial and long-term benefits to the conservation status of one or more animal or plant species.

• Must be determined to continue his/her conservation work, as the Award aims to stimulate the winner’s future work. It is not an “end of career” prize.

Additional Remarks

For the 2024 Future For Future Awards, we are again searching for natural leaders, who have proven that they can make a difference in species’ survival.

From all applications, 6 to 10 nominees (被提名者) will be selected. These applicants will be asked to provide additional information, which will be used to select the final Awardees. Ultimately, three inspiring wildlife heroes are selected as the winners.
