Breathe deeply. Take a deep breath, and exhale (呼气) it very slowly for as long as you can. When you can't hold on any longer, breathe in deeply and slowly. Repeat.
Drink something hot. Taking in something hot can make your blood pressure decrease and help you to calm down. Coffee, hot chocolate or tea works for this.
Recognize your worries. Obviously, some kind of worries is good for us. It adds safety and happiness to your life. When the level of worry causes you to put up with (忍受) things that are harming you frequently, you will become too worried. Then you need to face your worries.
