I have two pets, Polly and Sally. They are green-and-blue parrot. Their home is a shady tree in the garden where they are freely to fly from branch to branch. There has a wooden box for them in a tree. This is their nest, where they sleep at night there and take shelter whenever it rain. Every morning, after clean their nest, I feed them with some seeds and give them a bowl water to drink. They are pretty and lively birds. This is really interesting watching their movements, because I never feel dull spending my time with them.

Last Sunday, I adopted the baby dog from an animal shelter. I was impressed by its lovely appearance for the first time I saw it. I brought it home but decided to build a warm home for it. Due to my tight budget, I had to make a cage for it by me. First, I watched various video relevant to making cages. Then I reach the market to buy the materials. After that, I had the materials tying together with strings. About three hours later, the cage set up. I put the dog into the cage. It wagged its tail happy. Although the cage looked strange, I felt satisfying with what I had done.

Recently, our class have had a heated discussion concerning that whether the Beijing Zoo should be moved out of the city. Some of my classmates approved of the moving . They say large crowds of tourist to the zoo will result in traffic jams . They also say that once moving, animals will have more space and good living conditions in the suburbs. Therefore, other students against the idea. They say that the zoo has the history of 100 years, and is famous at home or abroad. Moreover, moving may cause the dead of some animals. So, it's a better choice to remain where it is.
