“He bought it，”she replied.

“But 【小题9】 he's homeless, why doesn't he use the money to buy food or clothes? He wasted it on something he doesn't need.”

“Well, Sarah, sometimes food and clothes aren't the only important things. We need happiness, too.”

“I see.”The man must care too much about music, 【小题10】he bought a radio instead of food and clothes. I realized that happiness is the key to life. Without it, there's nothing to look forward to. A passion gives a person the happiness they need to keep going!

I have been blessed with many good people around. One of them is my husband, Joshua. A few years ago, I 【小题1】 (force) to quit my teaching job because of poor health.【小题2】(stay) at home, I felt down and useless. Joshua felt my 【小题3】 (confident) faded little by little.
