Purrble comes to the rescue for anxious kids. This toy has seven sensors. They respond to touch. Purrble’s heartbeat speeds up when you play with the toy. Then you comfort Purrble by petting it. This slows its heartbeat down. It calms you too. In a study of 20 families, 19 parents said that Purrble helped their kids calm down.

MobiWAN helps you communicate by directing calls through your head. The headset speaker and microphone, created by Mobilus Labs, use bone-conduction technology. Sound vibrations(振动) are sent through the wearer’s skull(头骨). This lets workers stay in touch in noisy places, such as a construction site or a ship in a storm.

Reading is a challenge for millions of people. They may struggle with poor eyesight, dyslexia, or other issues. But with computer vision and artificial intelligence, the OrCam Read can read any piece of text aloud. The OrCam Read can also read text in multiple languages.

The Mega Cyborg Hand kit was created by Thames & Kosmos. It helps kids build a robotic hand that copies the movements of a real hand. The device is made up of plastic pieces and tubes filled with water. Once assembled(组装) and slipped on, it passes force from the user’s fingers to the fingers of the robotic hand. The Mega Cyborg Hand can be adjusted to fit arms of almost any size. It easily switches from left-handed to right-handed to “claw.”

HSK TEST is an internationally standardized test that focuses on the ability of candidates whose Chinese is not their first language to use (Chinese for communication in life, study and work. Test levels include HSK (Level 1), HSK (Level 2), HSK (Level 3), HSK (Level 4), HSK (Level 5) and HSK (Level 6).

What is HSK useful for?

According to China’s Ministry of Education, any foreign students to be enrolled in Chinese university should at least pass Level 4 of HSK.

Learners who want to apply for the Confucius Institute Scholarships should take the score reports of both HSK and HSKK.

All test takers who take HSK/HSKK/YCT/BCT abroad are eligible to apply for the Chinese Test Summer Camp to experience Chinese culture and learn Chinese in a short period in China. HSK Level 4 Test Fee: 450 yuan

Exam Object: HSK (Level 4) is mainly for candidates who have learned Chinese for four semesters (two academic years) with a schedule of 2-4 class hours per week and mastered 1,200 commonly used words.

HSKK TEST

HSKK Test is designed to test the ability to express oneself orally in Chinese and includes the HSKK (Elementary), HSKK (Intermediate) and HSKK (Advanced).

Exam Object

HSKK (Elementary) is mainly for candidates who learn Chinese for one to two semesters at a schedule of 2-3 class hours per week and master about 200 of the most commonly used words.

HSKK scores are valid for a long time. As ta proof of the Chinese language ability of foreign students entering Chinese colleges and universities, HSKK scores are valid for two years (counting from the day of the test).
