This morning I saw off my uncle at the railway station. In the waiting room, I saw an old lady crying sadly because of she had lost her ticket and was not able to buy other one. I was thinking about helping her while two PLA(解放军)men come up to comfort her. Then they bought her a ticket with his own money. The old lady was so moving that she could hardly say a word. She grasped(抓住)their hands and asked for their name and addresses. And they only smiled and said, “It’s our pleasure. We have done that we should do.”Then they left. What lovely PLA men! I must learn them to serve the people heart and soul.

During the summer holiday, my parents and I paid a visit to my grandparents by a train. There was a large number of people and the train was crowded, but everyone helped those who had lots of baggages and behaved politely. Along the way, we enjoyed beautifully views. At first, we see one hill after another. Then what came into view were fields with green crops. After a six-hour trip, we arrived my grandparents' house. Exhausted (精疲力竭) although I felt, I was happy to see my grandparents, whom I haven't seen for a long time. It's really an exited trip because it was the first time which I had taken so a long-distance train.

I was very frightened when I woke up in hospital on last Thursday. Then my mum told me what happens. She said I fainted in my PE lesson because low blood sugar levels. Fortunate, I was rushed to hospital immediately. The doctor helped me and I made a fully recovery within two days. My experience has proved how a bad idea it is to try to lose weight by skip meals. Now I know this extreme weight-loss method have serious side effects. I also understand that being healthy and energetic is less important than being slim. From now on, I’ll pay more attentions to my health rather than my weight. Having a balanced diet and exercising regularly really count a lot!
