As the Internet becomes the more and more popular, some students can’t help play online games or chatting. It was not only a problem of wasting time, but also a seriously problem which does harm to their health. Which teachers should do first is to find out what makes them addicting to computer games. Lack of love from his parents? Poor test scores? Parents can have a heart-to-heart talk with them. Secondly, teacher should help them build up their confidence but make them interested in studies. Thirdly, find something else for them to do instead playing computer games.

As we all know, daily problems like stress or anxiety is common for us, so it’s important to keep health physically and mentally.

As for me, in the one hand, I keep exercise at least 30 minutes every day to build up my body. Beside, enough rest is also of beneficial to me. I never stay up late, which keeps me energetic. On the other hand, in order to keep mentally healthy, I think it necessary to keep good relationship between classmate and parents, whom I usually turn to help when I am in trouble. What’s more, if I am in bad mood, I expose myself to nature, breathed fresh air, that is a good way to relieve my anxiety and stress. Reading books is also my good habit to quiet my mind.

All in all, life is challenging and promising. It’s important for us to maintain fitness.
